Reaching New Jalpaiguri Railway Station or Bagdogra Airport
Transfer to Lataguri on arrival and reach Gorumara National Park after a drive of about 2 hours. Settle in your pre-booked resort in Gorumara and relax for the rest of the day. On the third day, indulge in local sightseeing in the nearby quaint and serene villages. Since the sole motive of this vacation is relaxation, therefore there is no need to hurry to wander across all the tourist spots. Lava is a tranquil hamlet in the Himalayan foothills. Heading to Neora Valley National Park and Loleygaon
On day 5, early morning head towards Neora Valley National Park for a jungle safari. The Jalpaiguri forest forms the southern boundary of the national park and the forest cover connects to the Jaldapara and Gorumara National Parks. Vehicles are allowed to go to Zero Point, 13 km inside the national park. Endangered species like Red Panda and Black Asiatic Bear are the inhabitants of the national park along with several other species of wild animals. Spend 3-4 hours in the national park and then drive to Loleygaon.
Loleygaon is also a beautiful small hamlet wrapped with scenic beauty. The Loleygaon viewpoint offers a jaw-dropping view of the majestic Mt. Kanchenjunga. Other places to visit in Loleygaon include Loleygaon Eco Park, Heritage Forest, and Loleygaon Canopy Walk.
Return to your hotel in Lava after the day’s tour. On the next, this is on the 6th day head back to Bagdora Airport or New Jalpaiguri Railway Station.
